TEEN MOVIE NIGHTS
Each month we have a movie night just for teens - grades 7 and up. We serve popcorn and soda, but love to have teens bring a snack to share. The movie nights start around 7 and end about 9:30. Please advise your teen to call you when the movie is over.
TEEN MOVIE NIGHT: Friday, February 24th - 7pm. The Movie for this month is "Valentine's Day"
*Teen Board President, Lindsay Goodro and I met in December to draft a policy for the use of the laptop that was purchased 2 years ago with monies from a grant written by the teens. The policy states that anyone who is in 9th grade or older may use the laptop.
*At the February teen movie night we will be distributing free copies of the Vermont Reads Book of 2011 - To Kill A Mockingbird. We may also watch the movie after reading the novel.
*Andrew Rainville and Lindsay Goodro will be working on shooting a video for the summer reading program video contest.
